"I am writing to thank you for the very professional manner in which you handled all the arrangements for the Ball on 2nd July 2011.
As you know this was our first major fundraising activity and we needed to ensure we raised some cash to launch the Sanctuary whilst making sure everyone had fun. At first we thought we could do this on our own but we soon realised that we could not. From the pre planning stages to the final minute of the Ball you ensured that everything went according to your very well laid plans, yet you were flexible enough to make changes as required and made sure the flow never faltered. After the reception, you made sure that the opening minutes were fun and that the auction, the raffle, the band and disco all continued in the spirit of fun and fundraising. Everyone had such a good time and all those that I have spoken to have praised your professionalism and organisation, as well as your spirit of fun!
